What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with agile teams and Product Owners to define and document acceptance criteria
- Ensure user stories are accurate and comprehensive relative to business requirements
- Lead the creation of user acceptance testing plans and coordinate execution efforts
- Produce comprehensive documentation of business logic and related technical functionality
- Assist in production support processes through triage and root cause analysis
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant three (3) years’ work experience
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working as part of an agile team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps required
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior experience working with clients and producers in the insurance industry
- Proven ability to demonstrate planning and project management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL and Excel
- Innovative approach to problem-solving
