What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with agile teams and Product Owners to define and document acceptance criteria
• Ensure user stories are accurate and comprehensive relative to business requirements
• Lead the creation of user acceptance testing plans and coordinate execution efforts
• Produce comprehensive documentation of business logic and related technical functionality
• Assist in production support processes through triage and root cause analysis

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant three (3) years’ work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working as part of an agile team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps required
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Prior experience working with clients and producers in the insurance industry
• Proven ability to demonstrate planning and project management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL and Excel
• Innovative approach to problem-solving
