Job Description:

The position requires a qualified Technical Business Analyst to lead the following tasks:

Create and document detailed business requirements, perform analysis, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for stakeholders.

Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.

Strong understanding of documentation development process, software development process, and product lifecycles.
-
Determine operational objectives by studying and documenting business functions; gather information; evaluate output and formats.
-
Improve systems by studying and documenting current state and business rules.
-
Partner with team members and stakeholders across multiple business units to develop analysis and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively with executive teams.
-
Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and business information to technical audiences.
-
Apply complex knowledge of technical writing concepts, practices, and procedures.
-
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications.
-
Translate stakeholder requests into formal requirements.
-
Deliver high-quality business requirement documentation for business manuals, new development, training manuals, user guides, and system guides.

- Collaborate with Project Manager, Architect, and developers to ensure business requirements are communicated, accepted, and meet expectations 7 years
- Translate and simplify requirements into written requirement documents for development team (including Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Document, Technical Design Document, Technical Use Cases, User Stories, Business Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Test Cases) 7 years
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows of business processes 7 years
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows of data flow through system 7 years
- Create and manage test cases for Quality Assurance 7 years
- Familiar with software and database development concepts 7 yearsTechnical Business Analyst work on a software development team 7 years
- Experience developing technical documentation for enterprise software users, system administrators, and other technical audiences 7 years
- Strong experience in requirements management and creating all documents listed above 7 years
- Strong experience in mapping business processes into technical documentation 7 years
- Strong experience in user acceptance testing 7 years
- Ability to analyze business functions 7 years
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports 7 years
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Visio 7 years
