What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors
- Document business requirements and collaborate with IT and vendors for technical specifications
- Analyze system utilization and manage new and existing applications for end users
- Develop training materials to ensure optimal application usage
- Foster relationships with vendors, IT teams, and business areas to improve processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum three years of experience in banking, technology, or a related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
