What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum three years of experience in banking, technology, or a related field
• Clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines

• Strong knowledge of customer and user system experiences
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn other banking systems
