What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement effective business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
- Design, execute, and maintain data models and analytics for forecasting and performance tracking
- Extract, analyze, and aggregate data from multiple sources to guide recommendations
- Communicate results effectively to internal stakeholders, addressing complex inquiries
- Support operational and strategic business activities, anticipating customer needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in program evaluation, data analytics, or data science
- 1+ years of experience using SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Proven aptitude for change management and care transformation processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in consultative skills when addressing complex inquiries
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of BI Tools such as Tableau and Power BI for reporting
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
- Analytical thinker with the ability to perform root cause analysis and lead initiatives
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment while managing multiple projects
