What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with the Product Manager, engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product roadmaps
• Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients
• Triage and identify technical solutions for data errors within the tech stack
• Build business requirements and specifications for roadmapped items alongside the Associate Product Manager
• Assist in user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 1+ years of experience in an Analyst role, Software Engineering role, or related work experience
• Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with the agile framework/Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
• Experience with GitHub or similar source code repositories
• Demonstrable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred
• Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Intellectual and professional curiosity
