Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: St Louis, MO- Onsite (Locals Preferred)

W2 Role Only

A. Business Analysis Job Description (Must-have):

i. Practiced in Agile and Scrum processes
ii. Liaison between technical groups and the business
iii. Ability to interact and handle different groups with competing needs
iv. User Story or Requirements writing, definition, and elicitation
v. Ensure User Stories meet INVEST or other current best practices
vi. Willingness to provide and accept constructive feedback on projects
vii. Motivated to independently research topics using available tools
viii. Ability to perform impact analysis on systems, users, projects, and dependencies
ix. Organizational skills: ability to coordinate all communications strands of a project
x. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other MS Office products
xi. Salesforce experience with an understanding of the SF data structure
xii. Mulesoft experience
xiii. Wireframing experience
xiv. Integration experience

B. Business Analysis Tools (Nice to have):

i. Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
ii. Jira project management experience
iii. MS Visio or Lucidchart experience (BPMN)
iv. Used to construct process flows to clearly show the impact of project (as-is and to-be flows)
v. Integration to ICOMS
vi. Integration to CSG
