What You’ll Do

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
  • Design and oversee ethical, data-driven programs.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and technicians to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and community leaders.
  • Provide services in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
  • Monitor progress, ensure compliance, and uphold client dignity.
  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and/or LBA license (or Illinois eligibility)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Have the ability to commute to clinic location in Chicago, IL

Preferred:

  • Experience working with the Orthodox Jewish community
  • Comfort working across diverse settings (home, school, clinic, community)
