Join us and help us scale to new levels while bringing more value to the clients we love!Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Customer AcquisitionDevelop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies targeting dental practice owners, office managers, and decision-makersDesign and implement multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, and content marketingDevelop lead scoring and targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value prospectsDevelop and manage nurture sequences for different buyer profiles and stages of the customer journeyImplement lead scoring systems and qualification processes to optimize sales team efficiencyExecute seasonal and event-driven promotional campaigns aligned with dental industry cyclesDevelop partner program to facilitate referral lead generationTest and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths across all digital touchpointsCollaborate with sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion optimizationDigital Marketing & Website ManagementMaintain and optimize company website for SEO, user experience, and lead conversionCreate and manage multi-channel content calendars for website, blog, and social media platforms; overlay with Google Analytics to determine high impact channels and campaigns.Implement and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)Ensure website content remains current with service offerings and industry trendsContent Creation & CopywritingDevelop compelling marketing copy for websites, emails, brochures, case studies, and promotional materialsCreate strategically focused educational content that demonstrates expertise in dental practice managementWrite and edit blog posts, whitepapers, and industry articlesDevelop sales enablement materials, presentation decks and engagement lead magnets in various forms such as infographics, checklists, etc.Event Marketing & Relationship BuildingPlan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and webinars targeting dental professionalsCoordinate speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunitiesManage event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up campaignsBuild relationships with dental industry associations and publication partnersAnalytics & Performance TrackingCreate, implement and maintain marketing analytics systems and dashboardsMonitor and report on all marketing KPIs and campaign performanceConduct regular analysis of lead quality, conversion rates, and ROIProvide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimizationRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in MarketingWell-organized, data-driven and detail-oriented. High level of comfort with KPIs and reporting systems5-8 years of B2B experience leading and executing marketing efforts preferred. Currently you and a team member will execute.Proven record growing a small B2B business ($2M to $30M ). Candidates must have demonstrated B2B experience inside a company’s marketing department. (Agency and B2C candidates are not eligible.)Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.EOS “Traction” experience is a plus or other “balanced scorecard” company metrics reporting structure.Be personable and super fun.
