What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage user accounts and troubleshoot issues within internal tools
• Monitor metrics and generate daily reports on monitoring results
• Triaging and escalating problem reports while implementing external-facing surveys in HTML/CSS
• Conduct financial audits and assist with data labeling and data collection
• Analyze current processes to recommend and implement improvements for quality and efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Technical proficiency in Google Suite products, particularly Google Sheets for data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2 level)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 2-3 years of experience in operations or project management
• Experience with administrative work and Google applications
• Familiarity with Python and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as R is a plus
• Fluency in one or more additional languages other than English
