What will you care of ? This position is primarily responsible for the direct contact with Export and Domestic Customers OE and Aftermarket, Order entry & dispatch of goods. Cooperation & support to the Sales people, Account Managers & After Sales Technical Assistance. in particular you will be responsable to: Responsible to handle customer orders, check prices, confirm delivery dates, parts, equipment compositions, follow requests, inquiries, correspondence, quotes and the general sales admin work including filing. SAP data entry & maintenance CRM utilization Coordination of shipments of repairs and warranty replacements. Issuance of RMA (return authorizations). General support and cooperation with sales people and other departments (LOG-PUR-FIN) Assure that daily & monthly sales are reached, following payments from customers in time & that goods are collected before deadline (month end), contact with forwarding agents.
