General Summary: The Assistant Manager partners with the General Manager to assist in managing the overall operations of the store, including but not limited to accounting, marketing, customer service, human resources, and food service. They manage, assist, and direct store team in their duties as required by company policy and procedures. Essential Job Duties: Proficient in customer service, management, and food service responsibilities and is hands on in daily operations. Partners with FiveStar team to provide customers with service as outlined by the company’s policies and procedures. Assists in timely and thorough training of store team.
