Store Manager Job Summary The Store Manager is responsible for day to day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising employees. The Store Manager is responsible for the store profits, and all controllable expenses including labor, inventory levels, and cash and inventory shortages. This position is key to building our business and requires great customer service skills. Essential Responsibilities Properly onboard new employees with the proper paperwork, handbook, training curriculum, etc. Assist in the recruiting of, recommend for hire, and train, positive individuals to become members of the team, ensuring excellent customer service.
