Registered Nurse - On Call ****Serenity Hospice Care has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse- On Call with Hospice experience. The position is for an after-hours on-call nurse for the Philadelphia region and surrounding area. This is a fantastic full time position allowing the chosen candidate to work one week on followed by one full week off while still maintaining full time hours, benefits and pay. Candidate must be able to work overnights and weekends during their week on. They will respond to manage distress calls, provide nursing care, emotional support and education to terminally ill patients and their families. They must demonstrate clinical expertise in nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, and advanced proficiency in technical skills necessary for developing, providing, and coordinating end of life care to patients.
