Job Title:Production Support Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day production support operations for healthcare applications built on .NET and Microsoft technologies.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical incidents, including major application outages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues in line with SLAs.
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve the stability and performance of healthcare applications (Facets, Guiding Care).
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for issue analysis and data validation.
  • Manage system integrations involving REST APIs and ensure seamless interoperability with external systems.
  • Work closely with business users, healthcare clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring issues and improve system reliability.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in technical and support processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Production Support, System Administration, or Development within healthcare management systems.
  • Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server).
  • Hands-on experience with Facets platform and Guiding Care.
  • Proven background in claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management.
  • Strong database skills with experience writing complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with system integrations and REST APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare processes, especially Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and interact with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience leading production support teams in large-scale healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Experience with automation or monitoring tools to streamline support processes.

Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $130,000– $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
