| |—————————————–|—| | Confirm Project/Engagement Deliverables | | | We are seeking an experienced Financial Due Diligence professional to support middle-market transaction engagements on a contract basis. This role is focused on executing high-quality financial analysis and reporting for buy-side and sell-side transactions, working closely with private equity firms, lenders, and corporate clients. Scope of Work – Execute financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market transactions – Analyze key areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet to identify risks and business drivers – Lead assessments of net working capital, debt and debt-like items, and operational metrics – Draft and deliver Quality of Earnings reports and other transaction advisory deliverables – Develop tailored reports addressing normalized earnings, valuation inputs, budget achievability, indebtedness, and carve-out financials – Collaborate with senior stakeholders on client deliverables and engagement execution – Participate in proposal development and client calls as needed |
