Role: Solution Architect/Principal Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Type: Fulltime Position

Job description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Java microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven design.
  • Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes container platforms.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or equivalent visualization tools.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow, Archer, SharePoint integrations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and mentor developers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define solution architecture using Java Spring Boot, APIs, and OpenShift/Kubernetes.
  • Design processors, rules framework, and auditing mechanisms for metric automation.
  • Lead integration with ServiceNow, Archer, SharePoint, TDW/Dataverse, and custom collectors where required.
  • Deliver user-facing Power BI dashboards with drill-down and real-time/near real-time updates.
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Evaluate requests for solution architecture services that have been submitted to have starting requirements and stakeholders identified.
  • Ensure that business outcomes / problem statement / requirements / use cases are adequately documented by requestor / Business System Analyst (BSA) / product owner
