UI/UX Designer with Application Development

Job Description:

Pay Range: $75hr – $80hr

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs preferences and behaviors.
• Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Create wireframes prototypes and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements
• Stay up to date on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in UX design.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing candidates work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD and GenAI features.
