We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Functional Tester with hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) to join our QA team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional testing processes, utilities domain knowledge, and experience working with Oracle CC&B systems, including testing of workflows, business processes, and integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and functional specifications related to Oracle CC&B.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional requirements.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing of CC&B modules including Customer Management,
• Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, and Metering.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs and test plan reviews.
• Perform regression testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Validate data flows, batch jobs, and third-party integrations.
• Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements.

Report and escalate risks or issues in a timely manner.
