Role: Project Manager / Business Analyst (Key Personnel)
Location & Remote Work Details: (Hybrid) Primarily Remote but must be available for non-reimbursed travel to client sites in Brooklyn, NY for key meetings as required.
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Key Duties:

Lead the development of the master Project Work Plan, including schedules, WBS, RACI matrix, and risk registers.

Serve as the primary liaison and single point of contact between client stakeholders and the technical team.

Conduct comprehensive business process analysis of existing legacy systems to elicit, document, and validate all functional and non-functional requirements.

Author and secure client sign-off on key project deliverables (e.g., Functional Requirements Validation Document).

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality, providing weekly and monthly status reports to client leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT project management.

Certification: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.

Tooling: High proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint.

Preferred: Experience managing IT modernization projects for public sector/education clients using a strict Waterfall SDLC.
