What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide guidance and leadership in the usage and support of development platforms and business applications
• Oversee onboarding for eligible rural providers and manage technical vendor support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish KPIs and implement continuous quality improvement processes
• Conduct analysis, visual design, development, and testing of applications and systems
• Ensure compliance with federal funding and CMS program requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Minimum of 5 years of expertise in health IT, health services, and health policy
• Minimum of 5 years of advanced knowledge in procurement, vendor oversight, and contract negotiation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing KPIs and continuous quality improvement processes
• Minimum of 2 years of familiarity with federal funding compliance and CMS program requirements

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Advanced education in a relevant field
• Experience with clinical data in a Health Information Exchange context
• Proven ability to manage complex work efforts independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across various agencies
