What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain detailed, integrated project plans and Gantt charts across multiple workstreams
- Serve as a central point of coordination across Business, Marketing, Digital, Technology, and Operations
- Lead recurring status meetings and hold teams accountable to commitments and timelines
- Identify risks, gaps, and interdependencies early, escalating with clear mitigation plans
- Operate with a hands-on, execution-first mindset to ensure timely delivery of projects
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Senior-level project management experience (8-15 years) with the ability to ramp up quickly and add immediate value
- Proven success leading cross-functional programs spanning Business and Technology teams
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills; able to run meetings, manage discussions, and drive decisions
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
- Must have Big4 experience
