What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a servant leader, guiding delivery teams to be self-sufficient and achieve their goals through Agile and Lean practices
• Manage three global delivery teams focused on Order Management, Supply Chain Management, and LATAM compliance
• Coach teams on Agile and Lean principles within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Facilitate coordination of dependencies with other teams and communicate their status effectively
• Support the IT manager in daily operations and help remove execution roadblocks

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding and application of Agile principles and practices
• Experience with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent knowledge in application/software engineering
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager with a willingness to grow in the role
• Familiarity with ITIL framework
• Background in IT applications/business systems, with SAP experience being a bonus
• Experience in providing workshops and presentations
