What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the creation and documentation of detailed business requirements and perform analysis for stakeholders
- Author and update internal and external documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across multiple business units to develop necessary documentation
- Translate stakeholder requests into formal requirements and deliver high-quality business requirement documentation
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams to illustrate system capabilities and business processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, and developers
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in translating and simplifying requirements into formal documentation
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in creating diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows for business processes and data flow
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in user acceptance testing and generating process documentation and reports
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with MS Visio or similar products
- Familiarity with database entity design, SQL, and common education data standards
- Proficiency in Figma and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience in developing technical documentation for enterprise software users
- Extensive experience with data visualization techniques
