What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure project safety compliance and monitor construction schedules
• Understand job cost spread and participate in project sequencing and scheduling
• Track project progress and engage in project cost reporting
• Oversee material and equipment procurement and manage change order requests
• Coordinate with general contractors and assist with reporting requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, engineering, or related field from an accredited institution, or 5 years of construction-related experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time and be based on a project site
• Effective planning and resource management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Proactive in promoting and ensuring workplace safety
