What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assign and drive daily tasks of technical personnel, ensuring alignment with project milestones
- Facilitate regular team meetings to assess progress and address challenges
- Communicate with clients to define project scope, requirements, and timelines
- Create and update project plans using Smartsheet for schedule and RAID management
- Monitor project risks and manage mitigations to achieve project closure
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT
- Knowledge and practical usage of PMI Project Management methodologies
- Experience in a Workplace Services environment
- Familiarity with ITIL Service Management, Service Desk, and Desktop Engineering
- Strong communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record in delivering IT projects within budget and schedule
