What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assign and drive daily tasks of technical personnel, ensuring alignment with project milestones
• Facilitate regular team meetings to assess progress and address challenges
• Communicate with clients to define project scope, requirements, and timelines
• Create and update project plans using Smartsheet for schedule and RAID management
• Monitor project risks and manage mitigations to achieve project closure

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT
• Knowledge and practical usage of PMI Project Management methodologies
• Experience in a Workplace Services environment
• Familiarity with ITIL Service Management, Service Desk, and Desktop Engineering
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record in delivering IT projects within budget and schedule
