What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze and document the Communication Order to Activate process, including Service Order Management, Provisioning, and Activation
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate requirements elicitation for business needs
• Collaborate with cross-geographical teams on project discovery and grooming
• Utilize tools such as Visio and BPM tools to create process documentation and architecture diagrams
• Understand integration aspects and workflows related to Enterprise Data Products

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Process Consultant within the telecommunications domain
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Data Products, particularly Ethernet Products
• Familiarity with web services, queues, topics, XML, and JSON
• Experience with project management methodologies, particularly Agile
• Excellent stakeholder management and elicitation skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Specific knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is advantageous
• Experience with integration specification tools like Swagger
• Familiarity with managing cross-geographical teams effectively
