What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Work with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Identify and communicate how IT solutions can assist and support business processes
• Serve as a project team member or team lead as needed
• Coordinate the collection, analysis, and translation of requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support product owners in prioritizing the product backlog based on business value

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Business System Analyst in an Agile environment, preferably with backend systems writing RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Excellent documentation skills, including technical writing
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements and asking relevant questions to drill into details
• Proven ability to track and drive deliverables to completion
• Strong organization and communication skills, both written and oral
