What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Define business requirements and communicate them to technical and testing teams
- Prioritize the backlog and track progress to closure with the client team
- Implement solutions focusing on reuse and industry standards at a program level
- Collaborate with cross-multidimensional teams across all ERP implementation levels
- Act as a liaison between the IT development team and the business team
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
- Familiarity with the Waterfall model development environment and SDLC methodology
- Proficient in JIRA for project management
- Ability to transform requirements into stipulations and develop supporting documentation
- Strong communication skills for status updates to leadership and team members
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in recommending changes to improve established Java application processes
- Background in developing process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents
- Knowledge of COVID-19 vaccination requirements and compliance
