What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define business requirements and communicate them to technical and testing teams
• Prioritize the backlog and track progress to closure with the client team

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum

• Proficient in JIRA for project management
• Ability to transform requirements into stipulations and develop supporting documentation
• Strong communication skills for status updates to leadership and team members

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in recommending changes to improve established Java application processes
• Background in developing process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents
• Knowledge of COVID-19 vaccination requirements and compliance
