What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the transition of the organization from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
- Facilitate effective meetings using various techniques for both co-located and distributed teams
- Analyze and resolve conflicts within teams to maintain a productive work environment
- Mentor team members on Agile practices and principles
- Ensure adherence to Scrum practices and fill in any gaps in the process
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a related field
- At least 4 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master
- Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

- Experience as an Agile Coach
- Proven experience working in an environment where Agile was applied at scale
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle distractions effectively
