What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead the transition of the organization from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
  • Facilitate effective meetings using various techniques for both co-located and distributed teams
  • Analyze and resolve conflicts within teams to maintain a productive work environment
  • Mentor team members on Agile practices and principles
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum practices and fill in any gaps in the process

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

  • Experience as an Agile Coach
  • Proven experience working in an environment where Agile was applied at scale
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle distractions effectively
