About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong documentation and PMO expertise . The ideal candidate will leverage data and insights to craft compelling narratives for CXOs and senior leadership, ensuring alignment across business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive PMO activities including governance, status reporting, dashboards, and program metrics.
• Develop clear and impactful documentation: program charters, business cases, roadmaps, and executive updates.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
• Facilitate effective communication across business, product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies.
• Champion process improvements and PMO best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6–10 years of Program Management / PMO experience.
• Strong documentation and executive communication skills (mandatory).
• Proficiency in program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder management and experience engaging senior executives.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification is a plus.
