What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery
• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects within a PMO and matrixed organizational structure
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity
• Develop and deliver clear project status reports, risk assessments, and updates to senior leadership
• Oversee projects related to AI integration, software development, and business process improvements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience within a PMO
• Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed organizational structure
• Industry experience in higher education, professional IT certification training, or IT skilling/upskilling
• Proven success delivering projects related to AI implementations, software development, and business process improvement

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Expert-level knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management frameworks
• Proficiency in project management software; Smartsheet experience strongly preferred
