What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create and maintain the organization-wide project plan roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure tasks and deliverables remain on schedule and within budget
• Lead project teams through each phase while gathering stakeholder input to define requirements and communicate progress
• Align project teams on scope, roles, timelines, and resources; manage project plans and milestones, tracking progress and addressing variances
• Proactively identify, analyze, and manage project risks/issues, escalating significant impacts to management as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of related work experience in project development and project management
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or a related field
• Project Management Certification – strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Project Management best practice concepts, basic statistical concepts, and project life cycle
• Strong communication and time management skills
