What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve
• Foster collaboration between Scrum Teams and stakeholders while mediating conflicts

• Collaborate with product teams on backlog management and assist in roadmap development

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, or 5 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 5 years working in a Scrum Master role
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Deep knowledge of multiple agile frameworks and their effective application
• Experience in teaching and organizing information on Scrum and agile frameworks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience implementing forecasting and release planning practices
• Understanding of business strategy techniques like Lean Startup and Design Thinking
• Proficiency in CI/CD techniques for delivering complex software solutions
• Skilled in building complex automations to enhance Scrum team efficiency
