What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support the RFL re-platforming program through structured project tracking and milestone management
• Maintain and continuously update integrated project plans for various readiness phases
• Track key migration readiness indicators and manage risks, issues, and decisions
• Own status reporting for leadership, including executive summaries and dashboards
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards tracking performance and business KPIs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience in a PMO, Business Analyst, Program Analyst, or similar role supporting digital initiatives
• Strong experience tracking complex projects or programs across multiple teams
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing leadership-level updates
• Ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting large-scale platform launches or migrations
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe environments (without acting as a PO)
• Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Rally, or Confluence
• Comfort partnering with data/analytics teams to interpret dashboards and KPIs
• Background in healthcare, benefits, digital platforms, or enterprise technology
