What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create, maintain, and proactively manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines across creative and production workstreams
• Schedule and lead internal and external meetings, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders
• Support and help produce photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning and post-production workflows
• Manage projects, programs, and campaigns end-to-end across the full lifecycle
• Ensure high-quality standards across creative and production outputs, driving continuous process improvement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5-7 years of experience in creative project management and/or photo and video production
• Proven experience supporting and helping to produce photo and video shoots
• Experience managing creative projects from intake and planning through production and delivery
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
