What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Strategically drive and direct short-to-long-term business objectives for EWS programs
• Manage projects through development phases and pilot deployments before full market launch
• Define, document, and report on project scope, objectives, timelines, and constraints
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks while providing transparency through effective governance
• Lead cross-functional project teams and influence decision-making with key stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Healthcare Program/Project Management
• Strong customer-facing experience with healthcare stakeholders
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMI PMP certification
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and HPS methodologies
• Experience with Big Data Analytics
• Knowledge of Siemens Healthineers business and U.S. market
• Proven ability to lead and energize cross-functional project teams
