What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own and manage the sponsor relationship, serving as the central point of contact
- Lead project planning and initiation activities, ensuring best practices are implemented
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and contract specifications are met
- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Conduct project close-out procedures and lead end-of-study meetings to document lessons learned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience with the employer or 3 to 5 years in related fields
- Experience as a Functional Team Leader or in coordinating clinical trials
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and pharmaceutical industry regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent work experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Advanced degree preferred
- Additional business degree or PMP certification is an advantage
- Scientific, medical, or pharmacology background is beneficial
