About the Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced O9 Demand Planning Consultant to support our global client in implementing and optimizing the O9 platform for demand planning processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on O9 experience, strong supply chain domain expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support O9 Demand Planning modules (Forecasting, Consensus Planning, Promotion/Events Planning).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver system enhancements.
• Manage data integration, troubleshoot issues, and validate demand planning models.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting techniques, statistical models, and planning best practices.
• Experience integrating O9 with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/global environment.
• Experience with global manufacturing, packaging, or consumer goods industries.
• Prior involvement in large-scale O9 implementations.
