What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assemble project teams and assign responsibilities to align technical skills with project objectives
- Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as the primary liaison for project scope, schedule, and budget
- Develop project proposals and budgets, reviewing costs and tracking adherence to planned budgets
- Organize and conduct routine project meetings to ensure alignment on expectations and performance
- Mentor team members on project management best practices while ensuring adherence to safety procedures
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of eight years of project experience in an applicable field or discipline with increasing responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, or a related area preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations through project management activities
- Solid interpersonal, decision-making, and negotiation skills
