What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the delivery of small to moderately complex business and clinical system solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Oversee project planning, resource estimating, and tracking, while working closely with business and clinical areas
• Develop project proposals and budgets, ensuring completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines
• Direct and supervise assigned personnel, including performance evaluations and training
• Manage customer expectations regarding project timelines, scope, and deliverables

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of five years of applications project management experience
• In-depth knowledge of systems and applications used in the healthcare industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with all MS Office applications and experience with MS Project

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Professional certification, such as PMP
• Previous clinical informatics experience
