What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define and document business functions and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to analyze, design, and maintain systems
• Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure comprehensive acceptance criteria are met
• Assist in prioritizing requirements based on business value and enforce project deadlines
• Utilize Azure DevOps to set up and track project backlog items for team collaboration

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management, or Computer Science (or similar)
• 1-3 years of experience in business process analysis, design, and documentation
• Strong understanding of technology, software development life cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
• Experience with project development software, specifically Azure DevOps or Jira
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven experience in mapping out project details and requirements using Agile/Scrum practices
• Familiarity with creating Epics, Features, Stories, and Tasks in Azure DevOps
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on customer service improvement
