What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Oversee and maintain a portfolio of up to 30 stabilized communities, reviewing and accepting daily rent pricing
  • Lead performance calls with Community Managers and Regional Managers, monitoring revenue management and marketing systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing and ILS conversations with clients and operators
  • Create and distribute monthly and quarterly performance reports and recommendations to clients and Operations
  • Initiate and coordinate training for on-site personnel on software and workflows

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Revenue Management, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field, or comparable work experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in the industry
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Proficient in advanced computer/technology skills, including industry-specific software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
