What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and update detailed project schedules with input from Engineering, Project Managers, and Operations Management
- Build and maintain cost and resource-loaded programmatic schedules, gathering project progress from Project Managers weekly
- Review and interpret project schedules, effectively communicating data and trends to Management
- Assemble and communicate data in support of scorecard, KPM, and portfolio tracking processes
- Adhere to stringent schedule development and update processes as defined by the PMO and established SWIs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- BS or BA degree or 7 years of similar experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years of scheduling experience for large programs and projects
- Proficient in Primavera P6, SAP, Maximo, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for effective interfacing with team members and stakeholders
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Experience in utilities, gas pipeline, or electric distribution/transmission/substation sectors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and timeline changes
- Experience writing detailed and concise communications
