What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and perform all aspects of software application development and O&M contracts
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and project teams to deliver project objectives successfully
• Conduct business analysis and monitor development execution while ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and report on project process flow
• Advise project teams on process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Information Technology industry
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business and Quality Analyst
• Strong analytical skills to translate functional business requirements into actionable tasks
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with Federal Government customers
• Agile certification or Product Owner certification
• Previous recruiting experience
