We’re seeking a Sr. Analyst Finance Strategy to join our growing team.
The Sr. Analyst Finance Strategy is responsible for supporting corporate finance initiatives through comprehensive three-statement financial modeling and financial reporting to institutional lenders and private equity sponsors. This individual will lead the evaluation of new investments while quantifying the financial return profile using standard investment metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in sell-side investment banking; deep expertise in best-in-class modeling practices; and experience developing materials for sophisticated institutional investors. They will also bring a creative approach to presenting financial and operational data that engages and informs executive leadership, board members, and capital partners.
How You’ll Make Us Better
- Lead the development of detailed, long-range financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, including new service lines, acquisitions, de novos, and structural changes to revenue and expense structures
- Primary lead for monthly reporting, forecasting, and analytics for Credit Agreement EBITDA and Free Cash Flow. Support quarterly reporting packages for institutional lenders and private equity sponsors
- Contribute to capital structure planning, including the modeling of leverage ratios and potential debt and equity transactions
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Business Development, and Operations to provide clear financial insight and support decision-making across the organization
- Serve as a key resource for responding to complex financial and operational questions from executives, sponsors, and lenders
- Collaborate with internal analytics teams to operationalize recurring financial outputs and improve workflows through Microsoft Fabric
- Support the development of board-ready materials, investor presentations, and internal financial updates. Apply strong design creativity to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives

Prerequisites For Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required
- Two (2) years of experience in sell-side investment banking (healthcare or retail services preferred)
- MBA, CFA, or CPA designation preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including three-statement financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate finance principles, including leverage, working capital, and investment return frameworks
- Experience preparing investor-grade materials for executive leadership, lenders, and sponsors
- Exposure to analytics tools such as Power Query, Power BI, or SQL strongly preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, private equity-backed organization with frequent interaction with executive leadership and financial sponsors
- Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset, with a desire to continuously improve technical and strategic capabilities.
