What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support the project team with the implementation of contractual scopes of work, including site visits and subcontractor coordination
- Develop and maintain execution plans for preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases, ensuring communication with the project team
- Maintain project schedules and communicate updates to the project team
- Prepare monthly status reports and interact with clients to foster positive relationships
- Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project design before submission
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in construction projects
- Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction technology and management, including MS Project; Procore and Blue Beam experience is a plus
- Must hold or obtain OSHA30 certification within one year and pass background checks, drug tests, and DOJ Live Scan
