What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership
- Design and scale reporting infrastructure to significantly reduce manual reporting time
- Deliver quarterly insights and recommendations that influence leadership decisions
- Implement measurement frameworks for core go-to-market processes to improve efficiency
- Identify and resolve data quality issues to enhance reliability and accuracy in reporting
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 7-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Looker, Google Sheets, and Snowflake
- Strong command of SQL and ETL/rETL best practices with experience in managing large datasets
- Exceptional communication and data visualization skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to align on metrics and decisions
