What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform quality audits on processes and validate quality and performance data from multiple sources
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and scorecards related to quality and operational effectiveness
• Manage and track escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication
• Support quality improvement initiatives through data analysis and assist with root cause analysis activities
• Develop and maintain reports for KPIs, audit results, and process metrics while ensuring quality documentation is accurate and up to date

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst, quality, operations, or performance support role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in healthcare and/or workers’ compensation
• Exposure to quality improvement, performance management, or compliance in regulated environments
• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or databases
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts
