What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform quality audits on processes and validate quality and performance data from multiple sources
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and scorecards related to quality and operational effectiveness
- Manage and track escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication
- Support quality improvement initiatives through data analysis and assist with root cause analysis activities
- Develop and maintain reports for KPIs, audit results, and process metrics while ensuring quality documentation is accurate and up to date
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst, quality, operations, or performance support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in healthcare and/or workers’ compensation
- Exposure to quality improvement, performance management, or compliance in regulated environments
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or databases
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts
