What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee strategic client relationships and communicate project updates, issues, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, identify risks, and create mitigation strategies
• Provide oversight of data analytics and reporting dashboards related to projects and client information
• Define KPIs and manage dashboard development for project forecasting and performance insights
• Document project meetings and promote teamwork among staff

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP strongly preferred
• At least two (2) years of experience in customer service or client relations, or equivalent education and experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and current applicable computer skills
• Ability to work independently while promoting cooperation among team members

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certification in Project Management (CAPM) is a plus
• Experience in managing projects in scientific or technical fields
